In Visceral mind,
beneath awareness resides
your instinctive fears.

In primitive mind,
just above visceral thought
are your wordly fears.

In cognitive mind,
contemplate your deepest fears;
find their energy.

Journey deep within,
tap the adrenal power,
flow with energy,
burst outward to Higher Mind
filled with Love to soothe your fears.
