Last week, I reluctantly shared with you part one of some of the hidden
threats "We the People" face from our government leaders. Despite the
remarkable response from readers, I want to underscore that none of this is
really new. All this information, and more, has been circulating in the
constitutional conservative community for years. Much of this kind of
documented, factual information is pooh-poohed as the paranoid ramblings of
the radical right-wing wackos by "the controllers" who would treat us like
mushrooms.

I have often noted that some people just don't want to be confused with
facts which contradict their preconceived opinions. The director of
resource management for the U.S. Army has confirmed the validity of a
memorandum relating to the establishment of a civilian inmate labor program
under development by the Department of Army. The document states, "Enclosed
for your review and comment is the draft Army regulation on civilian inmate
labor utilization" and the procedure to "establish civilian prison camps on
installations." (Chereith Chronicle, June 1997)

In the wake of Senate hearings in 1975, the steady development of highly
specialized surveillance capabilities, combined with the exploding
computerized information technologies, have enabled a massive data base of
personal information to be developed on millions of unsuspecting American
citizens. It is all in place awaiting only a presidential declaration to be
enforced by both military and civilian police."

Aerial Spraying of Anthrax

How many have heard about US Code Title 50, Chapter 32, entry #1520
(www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/50/)?

United States Code = Title 50 - War and National Defense = Chapter 32 -
Chemical and Biological Warfare Program = Article 1520. In summary, this
law states that the Department of Defense may use chemical and/or
biological agents in experiments on civilian populations as long as the
local civilian officials in the area are notified 30 days in advance of
such test or experiment.

In other words we are unknowing guinea pigs for government testing whether
we want to take part or not. We have no choice. And these experiments have
been ongoing for years on the unsuspecting civilian and military
population. We are naďve pawns in their inhumane experimentation schemes.
Over the years the FBI, CIA, and Department of Defense have been conducting
experiments on all of us without our knowledge.

For instance, the FBI admitted to releasing flu germs in major urban areas
in the '50's and '60's. The CIA has been spraying LSD on citizens in San
Francisco to test the drug's effects.

We are not safe against anyone, especially our own protective government.
There have been nuclear experiments on medical patients, school children
and entire communities without their knowledge. Why is there an abundance
of certain cancers and leukemia in specific areas?

Margaret Sanger the founder of Planned Parenthood in the 1930's openly
supported the Nazi plan for genetic engineering of the German population
and the propagation of a "super race". She supported the "infanticide
program" promoted by Nazi Germany. In Margaret Sanger's "The Pivot of
Civilization" she promoted "The elimination of 'human weeds', for the
'cessation of charity' because it prolonged the lives of the unfit, for the
segregation of 'morons, misfits, and the maladjusted', and for the
sterilization of genetically inferior races."

Many such population control programs have been in effect over the years.
The devastating effects of the AIDS epidemic is one such plague that is
depopulating Asia and Africa. All logical efforts to address the HIV
epidemic have continued to be blocked.

In the Tuskegee Study, a scientific research program in which 400
syphilis-infected black men were recruited by the US Health Service in
1932, they were told they would be treated for their infections, but
instead medicine was withheld in order to learn how the untreated syphilis
progressed through their bodies. This inhumane study continued for forty
years. Studies such as these are justified "in the name of science" and
getting rid of the "human weeds".

A report written in 1992 by Dr. J. Coleman "Global 2000: A Blueprint For
Global Genocide" put together the information commissioned by the Club of
Rome and written by Cyrus Vance and accepted as official US policy. Within
the report we read:

"We are also witnessing the Great Plagues of 1987 - 2000 in the form of
AIDS, herpes, cholera, smallpox, tuberculosisŠ. AIDS, as we know, is an
artificially induced virus which in effect is a cancer of the blood. The
first experiments were conducted in Africa on the border of Sierra Leone
and Nigeria."

"Š namely that the world is populated with too many redundant people who
must not be allowed to procreate and consume scarce natural resources."

"Š jobless people be confined in concentration camps, run by a joint stock
company for profitŠ Once committed to concentration camps, inmates would
never leave there alive."

"The First and Second World Wars were wars designed to kill millionsŠ were
not successful enough hence the new methods outlined in the Global 2000
Report."

"The mechanism of agriculture and the industrialization of the world was a
terrible mistakeŠ it has led to, and presently supports, a mass of people
who perform no indispensable serviceŠ. Consuming the limited resources and
destroying the environment of the globeŠ."

"The 'surplus population' thus created is targeted for death as 'useless
eaters' in terms so clearly expressed in the Global 2000 Report."

"By the year 2000 the world SHALL have rid itself of at least 100 million
'useless eaters' and by the year 2050, the number culled SHALL amount to
not less than 400 million."

"By the year 2000Š cases of AIDS in America will have reached 10 million,
with millions more dying of AIDS-related diseases like tuberculosis,
meningitis, cholera and more than likely, from bubonic plague. These events
were planned and they are ongoing."

This report was sponsored by the Committee of 300 and the powerful
individuals who control the government. These individuals run the world
affairs behind the scenes, and we have absolutely no voice in these
decisions. We are merely pawns in their game of wealth, power, and control.

The latest assault upon all of us is - the anthrax drug. It started during
the Persian Gulf War when military personnel were exposed to the drug and
it infiltrated into their bodies, and they came home and infected their
families with the virus.

Garth Nicolson a research scientist at the Institute of Molecular Medicine
in California has discovered organisms in the blood of veterans and their
families. Half of the veterans and their families have evidence of chronic
infections. Garth Nicolson and two other commercial US laboratories believe
that the contagions are manufactured and the product of a chemical weapon,
possibly potentially lethal ailments that are purposely imposed upon the
military personnel.

The scientists have found that the mycoplasma contain retroviral DNA
sequences which suggests that they have been modified to make them even
more pathogenic and more difficult to detect. Exposure to chemical and
biological warfare agents, vaccines such as anthrax and botulinum toxoid,
and pyridostigmine bromide (used to build the immune system but instead it
overpowers the neurological defense system), oil-well smoke and pesticides
have all contributed to these outbreaks. This mycoplasma was transmitted
amongst themselves and their families when they returned. Nicolson's
institute believes the problem is spreading. The question to ask is: Was it
an outside assault upon our military personnel, or an inside job?

Another curious question to ask ourselves is: Why is it that all the
military are being forced to take a series of 6 shots of the anthrax
vaccine? Why is it so serious that some are even being court marshaled
because they have refused to take the vaccine? Who is going to patrol the
cities if everyone is sick from the aerial sprayings of anthrax?

The Department of Defense has ordered 2.4 million active duty and reserve
forces to take the six shot vaccine because of the possibility of an
anthrax attack (by whom? A foreign power? Or our own government?)

More than one-quarter of the pilots in the California Air Force Reserve
squadron are choosing to quit rather than take the Pentagon's mandatory
vaccine. The fears of long-term health effects are the cause behind these
airman choosing to quit instead of subjecting themselves to the anthrax
shots.

Most of the 150,000 soldiers who served in the Gulf War received the
anthrax shots which is now a possible suspect in the Gulf War illness (yet
to be acknowledged by the military). This is the latest assault upon our
military by our own powers that be.

As we have witnessed numerous sources have declared that there is a need to
get rid of the part of the population that is a burden to the country. Why
is the aerial spraying concentrated in the inner city areas? Is this the
part of the population that is in need of adjustment and eventual permanent
removal?

The old, weak, and infirm get ill, and maybe don't recover. The hospitals
and doctors offices around the country have been experiencing an unusual
amount of severe flu-type symptoms that don't go away for several months.
People are walking around with sore throats and coughing fits for months.
This is not a regular cold and flu season.

Watch the sky. Observe those jet contrails that don't go away but continue
to expand in the sky throughout the day. Those are no ordinary contrails
that should evaporate within minutes. Over the last two months I have
personally witnessed many such contrails in Orange County, Los Angeles
County, and Ventura County.

This weekend I took pictures of the sky over my own neighborhood with
several contrails that crisscrossed the entire sky expanding over miles.
Similar stories and pictures have been floating around various Internet
sites. Notice that these contrails usually appear in the sky over the
weekends. And why is that? How many more people are out in the fresh air
enjoying their weekends and soaking up the new poison? Observe for yourself
what is happening in the sky above you. It's your planet, or is it?

Some have had this gooey substance analyzed by independent laboratories and
it is found to contain a low grade of anthrax. Of course, they don't want
to kill us off immediately, just set the stage for the next attack. How
will it take place? Through our water supply next? Or our food? Or a
mandatory vaccine against a terrorist threat by an outside (or more likely
an inside attacker)?

What can we do about it? Tell others. Watch the sky overhead. Voice our
thoughts to the media (not that they would air or print the news, but at
least they know we are not the unaware dopes they think we are.)

Take a survey of friends and family. Who hasn't been sick over the last
several months with flu-like symptoms, trouble breathing, and prolonged and
intense coughing fits? Many I know have been extremely sick with something
that lingers for months. This is not a natural occurrence. Even
acquaintances who are nurses have come down with the infliction. They tell
me that the hospitals are packed with such cases. And the "the weeds" are
dying off from the latest assault of the "weed killer".

Who is going to be next?

As I write this article in early March '99, the US Marines are conducting a
practice assault upon the seaside city of Monterey, CA. A supposedly
chemical terrorist has taken over and the Marines are sent in to eliminate
the threat. Many such military exercises, known as Urban Warrior, are
taking place in various cities around the country. People have been in an
uproar over the live ammunition being used in the "practice exercises". Why
all of a sudden these training sessions in towns where we live? What are
they preparing for? And coincidentally Orange County, my hometown, is
planning a Chemical/Biological (Urban) Terrorism Conference a week after
this staged event.

What is really going on here? What are they really preparing for? The
pieces of the gigantic puzzle are being put into place. What is next?

Something to think about as we watch the planes over our own heads planting
trails of chemical poison and sending in troops to fight the pretend
chemical terrorists.

Why All The Prison Camps?

Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three
soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about
these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating
as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility.
Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of
nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around
this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt
and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible
from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can
be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be
loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us
with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the
area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask
questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The
area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep
people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the
street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people?
Who are going to be it's occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California
Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance
Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a
guard shack located at the entrance.

We didn't venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if
there was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with
the top points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs
next to the perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large
enough to hold railroad cars.

I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit
100,000 people in this area. And who would the occupants be?

Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly
constructed fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The
fences surround a dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in
the area. We questioned the idea that there were four armed military
personnel walking the park. Since when does a public park need armed
guards?

A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water
District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences
logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the
rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with
fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also,
interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were
fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the
grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for
policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking
buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly
patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.


>From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken
of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area
that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had
heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon
outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position
it was hard to determine.

In searching the Internet, I have discovered that there are about 600 of
these prison sites around the country (and more literally popping up
overnight - do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not
contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What
are they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are
overcrowded and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But
what about all these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there
armed guards yet no one to protect themselves against? And what is going to
be the kick-off point to put these facilities into operation?

What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for
these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An
earthquake, panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such
dimensions to cause nationwide panic?

Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured
event does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all
in the hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves
as our protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and
how they are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained
in these camp sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns?
Those who ask questions? Those that want to know what's really going on?
Does that include any of us? The seekers of truth?

When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial.
How could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense
of comfort in knowing that as long as we didn't hurt others in observing
our freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with
respect and honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.

It took an intensive year of searching into the hidden politics to discover
that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are in denial, we don't see
the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds turned off and busy
with all the mundane affairs of daily life.

We just don't care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the
hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources -
television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it's too late to turn back
to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the
reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will
be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To
our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual?
To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many
are willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we
wouldn't find ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present
time. We wouldn't have let things progress and get out of the hands of the
public and into the hands of those that seek to keep us under their control
no matter what it takes, and that includes the use of force and detainment
for those that ask the wrong questions.

Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently
been reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the
untold truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and
from the public's ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were
detained and either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital,
slaughtered (through make-believe suicides) or discredited.

Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn't we hear about
prison camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II?
Japanese individuals were rounded up and placed in internment camps during
the duration of the War. Where was their freedom?

You don't think it could happen to you? Obviously those rounded up and
killed didn't think it could happen to them either. How could decent people
have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are we going to do
the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who are taking
a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth happening
behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what happened
to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it happen?

Wake up before it is too late to do anything about it. We just might be
approaching the midnight hour.
