"The Rude Exchange"

I received some infuriating mail today from an Internet advertising service called "Link Exchange". After multiple attempts to register for their site, they tell me that after careful review, they have determined that my site is not appropriate for their service. They did not give a reason why, but said that if I would like to ask them any questions, to send an e-mail to them. They also said that if I change the nature of my site, to please keep their services in mind for the future.

They can kiss my butt!!

I will never use their service! They tell people that their sites are inappropriate for their "special little service" but don't say why. That tells me they send out form letters to those "unworthy". Personally, if I tell someone not to do something or they did something wrong, it would be quickly followed by a reason! That is common courtesy. And for a professional (so-called) business not to extend that courtesy to their clients is rude. I found their service and customer assistance to be disgusting and their efficiency even worse. They didn't send me just one letter, not two, but three letters with the exact same content (word for word). I only made a final submission once and they must have repeated my request. Every other attempt I made at joining was rebuked, so I know they weren't replying to past attempts. Bottom line--I hate Link Exchange!
