More poems about Feelings

        FEELINGS
A tender heart full of a deep love,
Feelings that come from above,
Feelings of tenderness inside,
That one finds it hard to hide.

A heart often bruised and broken
When a trite phrase is spoken,
Nothing meant but pain is there,
You say nothing for you really care.

A hard heart when no love is found,
Never known that sweet tender sound
Of love, no feelings ever felt of love
Flowing to them from heaven above.

Feelings are needed so we may know
How to live and understand and grow,
A cold heart is usually a very sad heart,
One that does nor know to do it’s part.

Those that do not cry for those in need
Find it unnecessary to help clothe or feed
Any but themselves, yet a heart does beat
Somewhere between that head and the feet.

I pray that my tender heart will often break,
That my feeling will me a better person make,
That through the heartache and tears I’ll grow
So a little of the Master’s love always show.
