ENJOY LIVING
Are we all too wrapped up in life
to enjoy living?
Do we rush around too busy to
find life fulfilling?
Last night as I sat by the warm fire
relaxing for awhile,
These are the moments that will bring
to you a happy smile.
Watching the snow flakes cover the
ground with white,
A glowing sunset that fills your world
with gold and red light,
Going to some lovely park gently pushing
a child on a swing
Waking in summer to see the sunrise,
hearing the birds sing.
Holding hands with a dear loved one,
strolling by the lake
With a forceful wind singing in the trees,
crashing waves make.
Having the family all around sharing
laughter, fun and love,
These things make life really worth living,
memories to take above.
So let us do some living in this hectic life
we all have to live through,
So stop a busy life for a moment, so some
real living you may do.
