DECIDE TO BE
If we decide to be happy at the start of the day,
No matter what happens to you along life’s way,
Be it sunshine or shadow, be it rain or cold snow,
Decide to be happy, it helps others more than you know.

To see a smiling face when having to stand in the rain,
Instead of someone grumpy makes the sun shine again,
When it seems that too many things have gone wrong,
But can still hear one person singing some happy song.

Why not be that person that will decide to be happy.
The one to cheer the others who seem full of misery,
Be a ray of sunshine that brightens the dark sad days,
The warming touch of laughter along life’s busy ways.
