More poems about Christmas Thoughts

THIS CHRISTMAS
This Christmas make an effort to share another’s load,
Help those who are wandering along the wrong road,
Bake some things extra to secretly go and give away,
And your heart will be rejoicing by Christmas day.

Go to an old folks home, sing a few carols sweet,
Sit and chat for awhile those lonely souls to meet,
Even invite one home with you for an hour or two,
Then feel the true Christmas spirit come to you.

Try and help the homeless with a dollar or two,
Look around for a stranger to share a meal with you,
Slow down, hear what the Saviour would have you do,
Smile and be unrushed the whole great season through.

This Christmas make a difference to those who are around,
Bring with you the Christmas spirit where true love is found,
Peace on earth the angels sang that blessed Christmas night,
Be a guardian angel to all and be a beacon shining ever bright.
