        ALWAYS SEEM TO BE WAITING
Do we always seem to be waiting for better things,
Not enjoying each moment and the joy that brings?
Looking forward to holidays so missing fun each day,
Let us stop waiting and let sweet moments come our way.

Do we always seem to be waiting for the weather to change,
Thinking snow or rain will stop the activities in our range?
Lets change our way of thinking and no longer sit and wait,
Press ahead with fortitude for in waiting you may be late.

Maybe Noah had some friends righteous as they could be,
He invited them into the ark of destruction be safe and free,
They said, we’ll come when it stops raining that will be fine,
The water kept creeping higher so to safety couldn’t climb.

Do we always seem to be waiting for the right atmosphere
To feel the spirit so God can let us know He is very near?
We can ask His help and feel Him close throughout life,
Yes, in any situation He can save us from peril and strife.

Enjoy life to the full cease this always waiting game
Live every moment to the full feel both joy and pain,
For there may be no tomorrow, no more days to come,
And if we are still waiting what good have we ever done.
