WHO IS IT?
Who is close by your side, shows you the right way,
Who is it that whispers and steers you, every day
Away from evil and sin, can be your constant friend?
Someone that when you need Him you can depend.
It is the Holy Ghost
Who is it that can give comfort when you are in pain,
Who gives you a shoulder to cry on till you feel right again,
Who is it that when sorrow seems much too hard to bear
Fills you with sweet peace that is beyond earthly care.
It is the Holy Ghost.
Who is it that helps you every single day that you live?
Who tells you what to say when there’s nothing you can give?
Who leads you through the evil ways never leaves your side,
And will if you stay worthy be your ever loving guide.
