- STAGES OF WOMANHOOD
The precious little baby lady comes from Gods glory,
Is the beginning of, we hope, a long and happy story,
Childhood with its quick growth, and ever learning
To be just like her mom or big sister ever yearning.
So onto the teens when grace and beauty begin to show,
Baby lady to a Tom boy then she starts to really glow
With the majesty of womanhood as she stays pure within
A lovely young woman, who is trying to stay free from sin,
Slowly maturing until that fulfilling moment of eternal unity,
Eternal love has now increased her outer and inner beauty,
A glowing radiance of a woman happily married and in love,
Becoming a partner with God bringing His spirits from above.
Oh, those busy years with the children all around the place,
Varying ages, running everywhere, putting lines on the face,
The happy times, the sad times, times when you laugh and cry,
Times when you say a constant prayer, loving tears in the eye.
First then being empty nesters, until grandchildren come along,
So when everyone is together, it turns into a mighty throng,
A womans joy continues in these latter less hectic days
As her righteousness continues, treading in His holy ways.
Serving in Gods holy temple, if there is one close at hand,
With her beloved companion, this they had always planned.
The only thing that is of concern is, wholl be the first to go,
For they want to be togther always, they love each other so.
Maybe serve some missions if finances can be found,
Working to proclaim the gospel in places that sound
Odd, names maybe they had never knew or even heard,
Hand in hand together in love spreading Gods word.
Then the moment when home at last a queen is beckoned
By the God she loves, a time when actions will be reckoned,
True beauty and grace will a worthy woman then receive,
So when one passes away, none should ever for long grieve.
