COMING HOME
Am I coming home along the path I tread?
Am I following the way to be spiritually fed?
Coming home to heaven where I hope to dwell,
Help me Lord in coming home then all will be well.
I want to be coming home to Thy loving arms,
Be free from earths cruel trials and alarms,
Coming home to Thee Lord, there ever to stay,
To be heading home I do constantly pray.
Coming home to Father and my Saviour up above,
Home where all will be gathered in harmony and love,
Ill aim for heaven every day, so I may reach home,
Never again in darkness and sin will I then roam.
Coming home what joyful words from my heart
Hoping that coming home I will strive to do my part,
Coming home rejoicing trying to be free from sin
So when I reach heavens door He will let me in.
