I coloured my world with crayons
only I did it upside down
coloured in between the lines that would have been there
if the lines had been upside down
choosing the shade of the world from a bright yellow and green cardboard box
imaginary boundaries crossing real ones
until at the end I find myself
with a beautiful picture that I want to hang up
(or at least stick on the fridge)
only I can't decide which way it goes
