Hello members. It's been awhile and I feel guilty for not posting more news, but there really hasn't been any until now. As you probably know, Yahoo has acquired Webring.org and bombarded everyone several times over with email. There is no action needed on your part. They have said that existing webring fragments will work fine. However, if you wish to use Yahoo Webring control panel you will need to sign up for a Yahoo id. If you already have one you can use your existing Yahoo id. Just a reminder that Angel Ring's ring id is angelring.

I will now consider multi-lingual submissions to Angel Ring if they meet the same guidelines as all other sites. My apologies for turning down some really beautiful sites because of my lack of knowledge of the language they were written in.
I have made some slight changes to the criteria for joining Angel Ring. Mostly making is more clear to members that if they move the html fragment they MUST update their URL information under the Members section of Angel Ring Homepage. It is too time consuming to chase down missing fragments so starting in 2000, if I can't find it I will remove the site from the ring.

Webring has installed the capability to search within a ring. Good news for the Angel Ring surfer and good news for your sites. Edit your site info to include appropriate key words and site description to bring them to your site.
