Flags of the Confederate military

Index

Army ensign
Proportions: 1:2. For use on land by the army, both at peace and at war. Adopted at 15 February 298.

Symbolism: Yellow is the colour of the Confederate Army, since it is associated in Lendian tradition with peace and prosperity, the values the army aims to protect. The machine-weapons N-561 are the symbol of the Army, being it's main assault weapon. The Confederate flag at the hoist represent the allegiance of the Army to the FCLR.

Air force ensign
Proportions: 1:2. For use by the staff of the air force in every afficial situation. Adopted at 15 February 298.

Symbolism: Very simple symbolism, since the flag follows the generic pattern of Confederate military flags with a field of deep sky blue in which the Confederate roundel is centered. An obvious representation of the Air Force. The narrow stripes between the Confederate flag and the blue field stand for the three branches of the Air Force: flying personnel, ground personnel and sailors.

Space Command
Proportions: 1:2. For use by the military personnel of the Space Command. Mostly used indoors, but flies outdoors whenever an experiment with possible military repercussions is conducted. Adopted at 15 February 298.

Symbolism: The large white star on a black field stand for the outer space, the object of study by the Space Command. This is a seldom seen flag, though, since it represents a very small body of the Confederate military, dealing solely with research, and being composed mostly by scientists.
