THE PORTRAIT OF BRAZIL

Childreen and adults sleep under viaducts, layed on pieces of cardboard, without having places to live. They ask for charity on the streets, because nobody gives a job to mendicants or homeless. Childreen younger than six years old are often seen selling chewing gums at downtown corners. They are already void of hope. Perhaps because of that they robber and take drugs... Some are happyness when they find a dirty hut in a slum, but when it starts to rain they are fear of having their cottage falling down.

Which country is this, that doesn't shelt its people?
