India
Where in the World is India?

India is a small in size, but has a population of close to 1 billion. Geologically it is conjectured according to plate tectonics theory of land mass movements on the Earth, that the Indian peninsula moved all the way from the southern part of Africa and crashed into the Asian mainland and caused the rippling of the Earth's crust which became the mountainous Himalayan range. Mount Everest the tallest mountain in the World (29,500 ft and still growing at the rate of 4"/year due to plate tectonics) is situated in Nepal, at the Northern most point above India. Mount Everest the abode of Lord Shiva according to Hindu mythology stands as a natural wonder symbolizing the Almighty's power.
