TBD

We were working on a project where part of the work was being done in the USA and part was being done in England.  Both sides produced specifications for the parts that they did.  The specification for England wasn’t complete.  A number of had TBD’s.  Sections like the glossary wasn't done at all.  We were on a tight schedule, so it was decided that we would go on with the specification as it was.

When we got their section of the project, it didn’t have all of the functionality we’d hoped for.  A couple days later, we got the updated specification.  The functionality that was missing was still defined as TBD.  They had finished the glossary.  They had defined TBD as “Too Bloody Difficult”.
