I think I saw an Angel today
  Spreading Love as Angels do
And I so much wanted to say
  From all of us, we thank you

But then a thought hit me between the eyes
  Perhaps the Angels are you and me
Armed with gifts, talents, passions, prizes
  Here on missions of mercy

Our purpose is to spread joy and cheer
  Maybe just a small act or deed 
Bringing forth Love and replacing fear
  Knowing it's the soul we feed

We can enrich a life
  With an encouraging word or two
We can reduce some strife
  If that's what we choose to do

Spread around some smiles today
  Not because you should, but because you can
Choose to be an Angel today
  And be a part of the master plan
