12 Lunch and Awards Presentation – “Fatherhood, the Other Part of Welfare Reform” with Mr. Rene Bedgood of the Georgia Fatherhood Services Network. This presentation will address the often forgotten part of the family, the non-custodial father. This program assists fathers in becoming employable so that they can pay child support.
