Caroline's Super Easy and Fast Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:

1 bag microwave popcorn

Caramel:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsps cream
1/8 tsp salt

Make popcorn according to instructions on bag.

For Caramel, place all ingredients in a pot on high and boil for 2 minutes. 
Stirring the entire time. Take off stove and stir until smooth. 

Lay popcorn flat on a baking sheet. Pour caramel over popcorn.

Bake at 325 degrees for 7 minutes.

Scoop popcorn into a bowl and enjoy!
