I've enjoyed your site. I want to share a poem I've written since it came to mind when I read your latest posted: Mussels affixed to every available purchase, formed stygian mats in the California tidal zone. Zone for palpable demarcation of the jurisdictions of scorching, earth, sea and sky, among even this riotous mosaic's frothy, ruddy, amber and teal tiles, muss ls defy quaint pastiche. Whether spangled with surge by tenacity animated with raven energy or insulted by searing sky with brindled ease, mussels cling to the radical extremes. Palpable signature of enduring defiance, jocular now in absentia, these ha bingers affixed to the psyche perfidiously bespeak the ineffable.

Love the art and poetry, but your survey page didn't seem to work for me. I agreed with a lot of your book reviews. I was talking to someone recently about One flew over the cuckoos nest. They had seen the film, I had read the book. Seems that the two are quite different. Would recommend the book with reservations. Starts slowly, brilliant in the middle, and then descends into rabid misogeny and racism towards the end.
