Depression is one of the most common illnesses in the world. It is extremely debilitating and harmful. Yet it is also the most hidden of illnesses, and no more so than when it comes to men. Men who have Depression are less likely than women to try and get help. Yet it is a treatable illness. It can be controlled and overcome. Sufferers can be cured and lead normal, satisfying lives. That so many people never get treatment for it is tragic. If you think you might have Depression, then please see your doctor. If you know someone who may have it, please help them to get help. In either case, I hope these pages are of some support to you. But please remember that I am not an expert about depression. You are

Since I've been getting so much feedback I've decided to add a message board to this site. Get it off your chest there, and I may even give you my ha'penny worth now and then.
