The Gardener
The Gardener walks quietly throu
his garden, filled with beautiful
flowers. The beautiful scent is
filling the air as the warm summer breeze sweeps by.
He comes to a small gate, covered
with stocks and ivy. Carefully he
opens the door and enters the most
special and beautiful heart of his garden.
His mind fills with calmness and
love as he looks at the very rare
flowers within. He goes to the
big red roses of love,
they cover the healthy soil,
they grow big and strong.
He speaks gently to them as he is
giving them water and care.
He continues to the flower of trust,
a delicate and frail bud, that is
about to burst out in a cascade of colors.
Tenderly he whispers to the bud,
sings to it and lets all his love flow over it.
The tree of care stands tall in
one corner, he walks up to the
trunk and hugs it, he stands there a long time,
speaking softly to the tree.
The branches are covered with beautiful
flowers as it is in full bloom.
The Gardener lets soft laughter
fall from his lips as he comes
to the flowerbed of humor.
Like fireworks of flowers,
all different colors smile at him.
He sings a happy tune to them,
and they turn their faces to him.
Finally he sits himself down on a bench,
covered with the vines of dreams.
He closes his eyes and silently falls asleep.
On his face you can read calmness,
love and happiness,
and on his lips a warm smile rests.
