The Victoria Indult Latin Mass was perhaps the first Indult Mass in North America.
It was approved before Christmas of 1984 but, unfortunately, it was discontinued

Keewatin-Le Pas, Archdiocese of Saint Boniface (not a metropolitan see), Seat of and part
of the Diocese of Churchill-Hudson Bay (which lies mostly in the North-West Territories
and partly in Saskatchewan).
Traditional Latin Masses: At present, there are no approved traditional Latin Masses anywhere in Manitoba. However, Winnipeg is the seat of the Ukrainian
Metropolitan Archeparchy and there are Ukrainian Byzantine masses at various locations.
More information about these will be posted in the future.
In 2000, Archbishop Wall of Winnipeg retired and was replaced by the
former Bishop of Saskatoon, who has been most supportive of the Indult
Mass. In the same year, Archbishop Hacault of St. Boniface died at the age
of 74. He has yet to be replaced (July, 2000). These two
developments could result in the restoration of the traditional Mass in
Manitoba, especially at or near Winnipeg.

There was an Indult Mass at Dartmouth (near Halifax) for some years and, with the
