Here are the mailed August 2003 submissions for your consideration and commentary. Submissions made at Pennsic will be on separate supplemental letters. All submissions will allow major and minor changes unless otherwise noted. All commentary should be sent to the Dragon Herald, Master Rory mac Feidhlimidh, early enough to arrive by October 25, 2003, with copies to Dragon and to my successor Lady Ana Lynch, as I will begin turning the office over to her with the October letter.
