Funeral

These two pictures were taken of Ward and Wonder the week before Ward died.
Yes, that's a rattle snake head on his hat.
Ward Merhcant was a horseman. This is his horse, Wonder, being led in the funeral procession, ahead of the hearse.  His hat, jacket and gloves are hung on the saddle.
Ward was A Navy Seal, a veteran of Viet Nam.  This is his Honor Guard.  Farther down the page are Drummers and Singers from the Standing Rock Sioux Nation.
Ward was loved and respected.
