A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to
keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
 
 
 

Now why on Earth would anyone think that this amendment acknowledges the human, civil, moral, constitutional, and inherent right of individuals to own, carry, and use arms of their own choice?

Maybe some of these fellows might have an opinion?

Or maybe some of these folks might suggest that the Second Amendment refers to folks other than the National Guard?

Not that anything like that can happen here!
