Acrostic

Poetry type: Acrostic

An poem consisting of 1 or more words following the letter of a name or action. It is sometimes known as a name poem.



Directions:
Write the name of the object or idea being described vertically. Then add the words of description horizontally after each letter. Some Acrostic poems use only one work after each letter, other use many.

Always on time
Loves to eat hamburgers
Does not like spinich
