This is a tent kitchen. They are extremely portable and surprisingly functional. Basically, they consist of a plywood floor that's up on stumps, framing with your basic tarp material wrapped around and then a fairly watertight roof. Inside, we have 3 propane stoves, three sinks (with hot running water), and enough storage space to house a small army. The cooler and freezer are out the back door. Everything is powered of a Honda generator. Impressive, eh?
