Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going?
Recovering the Soul is an exploration of self, heart, and spirit — an inquiry into what makes us whole and alive. As we work through the
human experience, we encounter limitations of thought and feeling that effectively block us from experiences of peace, love, and creative living. Successfully navigating through these experiences brings us a sense
of mastery and releases our spirit to express itself freely in our daily life, work, and relationships.
The process of self-healing (becoming whole) is both an art and a science. The art involves the intuitive heart – tuning in to the emotional and spiritual dimensions of our personal experience. The science involves core practices that, when conscientiously applied, assist you in integrating your shadow elements and achieving balance of body, mind, and spirit.
This seminar is not just talking, but offers an interactive approach where you can practice with various methods and approaches for
overcoming blocks and for reconnecting with our essential self and core sense of joy, purpose, and well-being. These approaches include:
- meditation
- regression
- psychosynthesis
- prayer
- journaling
- toning
