GRAPHICS ACKNOWLEDGMENTS & "CONFESSIONS"

OF IMAGES USED AT THE "LIBRARY" PAGE:

"The Library at Ptolemy's Museum", from The Story of Man's Past by Dr. Edith W. Ware (p.255), Ginn & Company.

"Marcion and the Apostle John"("mandj.jpg"), from The Enigma of the Fourth Gospel by Robert Eisler

The photos of Adolf von Harnack and Joseph Turmel, The Enigma of the Fourth Gospel by Robert Eisler, pp.179, 183).

Additional illustrations, the "Bema", the beardless shepherd Jesus ("newgod.jpg"), and the "ship.jpg"(at the homepage) are borrowed from Ancient History by Philip Van Ness Myers (1904), Ginn & Company.

The ugly yet quintessential "center" building at the opening homepage used to represent my "cyber-building" (which exists only in cyberspace) is actually an graphics re-touching of the building of the timeclock company, Rapidprint, where I was previously employed as a timeclock repair-person.

UPDATE: I fear it was too realistic! I had the front of the building redone, with greek columns, and a huge statue of chained "Prometheus" and the Sea Nymphs erected on the front lawn, all in one day!

The fabulous "prizes" and corny looking "friends" that appear at the CMR "Bookstore" page are culled from old '60s comic book ads for selling "American Seeds".

The little "piggy" on the "links" icon is from the label to a package of Italian sausage that I purchased many years ago, which brand I have yet to determine by a trip to the old supermarket I used to frequent.
