as-salaamu 'alaykum. i am murid of sheikh nuh ha mim keller of the hashimi-darqawi order of the tariqa of imam abul hasan al-shadhili. we are a knowledege/shari'a based tariqa of ahl al-sunna wal jama'a. the shadhiliyya comes to us by way of the imam abd al-qadir al-jilani (may allah sanctify his secret!)through sheikh abu madyan, a contemporary of the sheikh al-akbar(may Alah be well-please with them both!) it's good to see sites like this th t recognize islam in it's traditional, holistic, operational function of purification of the entire human being, and therefore the entire society, from outside and from within! jazakallahu khayrin, wassalaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh! ya hayy ya qayyum!

This web page is very nice and informative. But it would be even better if you could somehow obtain access to an Arabic typing program because when you transliterate the Arabic words, it is difficult to read and easy to mispronounce. Those who are not literate in the Arabic language could perhaps be referred to an alternate website with a list of the Arabic words with their transliteration and translation beside them. I know this would be time consuming, but I have spent lots of time studying Arabic and it is possible. Otherwise, this is a great website and will provide valuable knowledge for many seekers.
