TENDERS DREAMS

MORNING EYES

Softly awakening, at the dawns first light
I ached for him, but did not suggest a thing
Trying not to awaken him, with all my might
I am hoping to catch, a mood on a "wing"...

Reaching to be a bit closer
He stirs and pulls me to him
Softly brushing his lips upon my face
We silently doze in each others embrace
When I know he is fast asleep
I, then, begin at a slow and tender pace...

I place my lips upon his stoic features
And gently placing my hands
My fingers tend to linger
I'm not sure at all
That he will awaken and heed my call...

He softly stirs and a sigh arises
But, the smile on his face gives way to no surprises
He reaches for me and pulls me tight
In and Out, through the morning light
Our bodies build to the urgent and needy cry
Each very familiar, but yet somehow new
We discovered each other in the dawn filled hue...

He pleasured me
He was at his very best
And I settled down, again,
For a much needed rest...
