I think gift certificates are a great way to do Secret Service giving. They come in hundreds of varieties and almost every store has them available. You don't need to sign the "From" section. Either leave it blank or put in a scripture reference.

We use this phrase to describe secretly leaving things for people to find or anonymously mailing packages to others.
Leave groceries/perishables with a neighbor and ask them to deliver them when the person is at home. If it's winter you can leave it on the doorstep.
If a co-worker is in need, slip the needed item into their car on your lunch or break.
If a co-worker is in financial need, mail a gift certificate or money to them anonymously.
