Aunt Bess Cummings' Kolochi Cups

Ingredients:

• 1/4 lb. margarine
• 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
• 1 cup flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix margarine, cream cheese, and flour. Chill well. Divide into 24 small cakes. Line mini muffin tins with dough. After lining muffin tins with dough, fill each one with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and gently remove, placing into small cupcake papers.
