Sundays, & Other Assorted "Holy Days"
by Ebenezer Scrooge
"Remember the sabbath, to keep it holy." And it has been. Sundays are stagnant days. "Holy" equates to stagnancy, as typified by the blindlight. Most businesses choose to close their doors, using such out-dated religiously-based justifications for sloth. Many are not even remotely church-going, but give in to unquestioned habit. Does anybody take the time to ponder on WHY SUNDAY? Are they devout xians or jews? Buddhists? Moslems? What is the point of completely closing up for Sundays & holidays? In both case, there will always be those who will be willing to be productive, provide a service, & make money for themselves, the company, while providing convenience for customers.
More work means more business, which in turns means MORE MONEY.
Several enterprising companies have already taken advantage of others' blind habit & laziness. Yet governmental agencies persist in this osmosis. This is clear evidence of blindlight residue, is IN-convenient, & ultimately, ANNOYING. At this point, there are only a few stores & entertainment facilities who are wise to this, but with a little time, they will eventually catch~up.
Whatever the holiday may be, if the management so chooses, they can accomidate the remembrance ON THEIR OWN TIME, without interfering with business flow. Leave it to the "scrooges" to keep the show going. After all, what a LOGICAL strategy to one-up the competitor!
When a business is opened, it is shared with the customers that keep it running. Their needs must be taken into consideration.
How many times has it been when one desires something, gets all excited at the prospect, then to one's dissappointment~~~~~it's Sunday, Stagnantday.....or a holiday.....
"Holidays", when businesses are closed, are also stagnant-days. Unfortunately, most close at night too~~~~~the time when we are most creative. What if supplies are needed at the point of inspiration? Or just to go out to a restaurant, the theatre {bring back the all-night spook-shows!}, or an amusement park? The time when such places can be more appreciated without the "day people" cluttering up space & ether. Without the glare & the blare & the stare~~~~~what a tray of fish indeed! This will occur with the manifestation of the Night World.
Is it any coincidence that the word "holiday" stems from "holy-day?" And all that is "holy", as connected with xianity, represents stagnancy, & serves to stifle the process of evolution at every turn, as it seeks to retain sheeple under the subjection of an out-dated & obsolete ideal? No coincidence there. That's the fact.
Is it any surprise that the "7TH day" is called SUN-day, as the said star is beneficial to plant life, but directly harmful to humans? I say not. Think about it. It is heat & glare that causes lethargy, erego, stagnancy. It's all in the wording.
No-one closes their shoppes on Hallowe'en! Go figure.
