Walking into the temple, you see that the ceiling is much higher than it appeared from the outside. In fact, there is little trace of the rough stone hut in this magnificent building--its walls, of a pure and dazzling white, gleam like nothing you've ever encountered.
You suddenly notice a woman standing by your side. Can she be the same woman who greeted you outside, dressed in homespun that had seen far better days? She now shines like a star beside you, a slim silver circlet on her head. She smiles to see your amazement. "You see, many things are bigger on the inside than on the outside. Our temple is one of them."
She points to a series of doors, each appearing to be made of a different kind of wood, polished to a high sheen, progressing from East to West. The first is a reddish wood, the second a wood with a golden glow; the third, faintly greenish, exuding a scent of apples. The fourth has a bluish tint, odd for a wood, and the fifth is distinctly violet! Hardly able to believe your eyes, you continue to stare: there is another door, with a silvery wood. But is it wood? You don't know. Nothing is certain in this Temple, where the inside is bigger than the outside. After the silver door, you see a door of pure black-- so black that it seems to draw light into it, a glossy midnight color.
There is no altar in this part of the Temple; turning, you ask the Priestess--for what else could she be?--why. She answers, "Each of the Rainbow Rooms has its own altar, and each serves a different purpose. Step into the Rooms, and see for yourself." She waves you toward the red door. You wonder--should you? Your curiosity is kicking in at this point...
