This is by no means a comprehensive list it is merely a beginning reference.

Abraxas - Gnostic - God of time

Acat - Classical Mesoamerican - God of tattooers. Mayan

Agni - Hindu - God of fire

Ahura Mazda - Persian - God of light.

Amun - Egyptian - God of creation.

An - Sumerian - God of the Heavens, leading Sumerian deity from Fourth Millennium B.C. until the city of Erech began to lose its power (c. 2500 B.C.).

Anhur - Egyptian - God of war and the creative power of the sun.

Anubis - Egyptian< - Owing perhaps to the jackal's tendency to prowl around tombs, he became associated with the dead, and by the Old Kingdom, Anubis was worshipped as the inventor of embalming, who had embalmed the dead Osiris, thus helping preserve him in order to live again. His task became to glorify and preserve all the dead.
Anubis was also worshipped under the form Upuaut ("Opener of the Ways"), sometimes with a rabbit's head, who conducted the souls of the dead to their judgement, and who monitored the Scales of Truth to protect the dead from the second death in the underworld.

Apollo - Greek - God of healing, pastures, and the arts.

Bes - Egyptian - God of luck.

Brahma - Hindu - God of creation

Cernunnos - Celtic - The Horned One, the universal father.

Cronus - Greek - God of time, corn, and the harvest.

Dionysus (Bacchus) - Greek - God of grapes, wine, force of life, and instinctual frenzy.

Dylan - Wales - Celtic - "Son of the Wave".  God of the sea.  Son of Gwydion and Arianrhod.  His symbol is the silver fish.

Ea - Middle East - God of sweet waters, wisdom, the arts, and skills.

Enki - Sumerian - Lord of Water and Wisdom: Enki emits streams from his shoulders; he is the god who gave rulers their intelligence and who provided craftsmen with their skills.

Enlil - Sumerian - God of Air and Storms, son of An and Ki: Enlil is credited with separating the heavens from earth and, therefore, described as the "father of the gods," "king of the universe," "king of all lands." For about a thousand years after 2500 B.C., Enlil is supreme ruler of Sumerian pantheon of gods and guardian of the city of Nippur; he is credited with raising up the "seed of the land" and with bringing "whatever is needful" into existence. Enlil is said to have been responsible for the me, a set of universal laws governing all existence.

Eros - Greek - God of the power of attraction, sexual and otherwise.

Ganesha - Hindi - God of ritches, writing, and wisdom, often depicted with an elephant head.

Geb - Egyptian - God of the earth.

Goibniu (Gofannon/Govannon) - Wales (Celtic) - God of blacksmiths, weapon-makers, jewelry making, brewing, fire, metalworking. Name meaning “great smith”. One of the triad of craftsmen with Luchtaine the wright and Credne the brazier. He forged all the Tuatha’s weapons, these weapons always hit their mark and every wound is fatal. His ale gave the Tuatha invulnerability.

Gwydion  (Gwi-dee-on) - Wales (Celtic) - Druid of the mainland gods. Wizard and Bard of North Wales. A many skilled deity like Lugh, a shape shifter. His symbol is a white horse. Greatest of enchanters, warrior-magician. Illusion, changes, magick, the sky, healing.

Hades - Greek - God of death, the underworld, and wealth.

Harpokrates - Egyptian - Sun god.

Heimdal - Norse - watchman of the gods

Helios - Greek - Sun god

Hephaestus - Greek - god of smiths and fire

Hermes - Greek - God of thought, travel, communication, merchants and thieves

Herne the Hunter - Wales (Celtic) - The Dark Lord, the Hunter, Lord of the wild hunt, God of Earth and death. Has many of the attributes of Cernunnos and the Welsh god Gwuynn ap Nudd. Associated in particular with Windsor Forest. The masculine, active side of Nature. Wild animals, conductor of souls, annihilation, panic, terror, retribution.

The Horned God - (Celtic) - Though paintings of him have been found on cave walls and Egyptian hieroglyphs, his modern incarnation is Celtic in origin. He is probably the most persistent and common of god images in European paganism. He has been called by the names Pan and Cerrunnos, but his old Irish name has been lost. Most who worship him refer to him as the Great Horned God. He is most fully honored at Bealtaine, Lughnasadh, and Samhain.

Horus - Egyptian - Sun god, and avenger of evil.

Indra - Hindu - God of War

Janus - Roman - God of portals and beginnings

Jupiter - Roman - see Zues

Kai - Wales(Celtic) - A fire and smithing god.

Khons - Egyptian - God of the moon

Krishna - Hindu - God of Love

Kubera - Hindu - God of riches

Lir / Lear / Llyr - Ireland Wales(Celtic) - God of sea and water, possibly of the underworld. Father of Manawydden, Bran the Blessed and Branwen. He can be compared with Oceanus, Neptune, or Poseidon in the Greek and Roman pantheons

Luchtaine / Luchta - Ireland (Celtic) - Carpenter god of the Tuatha, also a god of war.

Lugh / Luga / Lamhfada / Llew / Lug / Lugus / Lug samildanach / Lleu Llaw Gyffes / Lleu / Lugos - Irish(Celtic) - His name means “the shining one”. The Irish sun god or god of light who is celebrated at the sabbat Lughnasadh. God of war. His father Cian was of the Tuatha De Danann but his mother Ethniu was from Fomor, his maternal grandfather was Balor of thee Evil Eye. Lugh’s symbol is ravens and a white stag. Lugh had a magick spear and rod-sling. He was a carpenter, mason, smith, harper, poet, Druid, physician, and goldsmith. He is associated with; war, magick, commerce, reincarnation, lighting, water, arts and crafts, manual arts, journeys, martial arts, blacksmiths, poets, harpers, musicians, historians, sorcerers, healing, revenge, initiation, prophecy, metallurgy, weaving, harvesting, and as a protector of the weak.

Mahakala - Hindu - God of death, and cosmic time.

Manannan mac Lir / Manawydan ap Llyr / Manawydden - Irish(Celtic) - A shape shifting sea god; son of the sea god Lir. He dressed in a green cloak and god headband. The Isle of Man and the Isle of Arran in Firth of Clyd were under his protection. At Arran he had a palace called Emhain of the Apple Trees. His swine, which constantly renewed themselves es, were the chief food of the Tuatha De Danann and kept them from aging. He had many famous weapons; two spears called Yellow Shaft and Red Javelin; swords called The Retaliator, Great Fury and Little Fury. His boat was called Wave Sweeper, and his horse Splendid Mane. He had magick armor that prevented wounds and could make the Tuatha invisible at will. It was he who decreed that the world of the faeries and humans must forever remain separated. He is associated with navigators, storms, weather at sea, fertility, sailing, weather forecasting, magick, arts, merchants and commerce, and rebirth.

Math Mathonwy - Wales Britain(Celtic) - God of sorcery, magick and enchantment.

Mercury - Roman - see Hermes

Mithra - Middle East - Sun/fertility god.

Neptune - Roman - see Posiedon

Odin - Norse - God of warriors and rune magick. Guide of the dead and king of the Gods.

Ogma - Celtic - God of eloquence, inspiration, and language.

Osiris - Egyptian< - God of fertility and resurrection.

Pan - Greek - God of hersdmen, wild places and things, and unreasioning terror ( panic ).

Pluto - Roman - see Hades

Poisedon - Greek - God of fresh waters, oceans, mariners, rain, rivers, earth fertility, earth tremors, and horses.

Ptah - Egyptian - God of creation and cosmic order.

Ra - Egyptian - Sun god. The Guide of worlds.

Saturn - Roman - see Cronus

Set/Seth - Egyptian - God of evil.

Shamash - Middle East - Sun god

Sin - Middle East - Moon god.

Siva/Shiva - Hindu< - God of change, transformation, and destruction.

Surya - Hindu - Sun god.

Thor - Norse - God of thunderstorms and life force.

Thoth - Egyptian - God of the moon, calendar, chronology, writing, magick, and knowledge.

Tyr - Norse - God of battle, justice, law, and solemn oaths.

Utu - Sumerian - sun god who lights the world with rays issuing from his shoulders: Utu was also the god of justice and carved out justice with the many-toothed saw he carried with him.

Varuna - Hindu - God of cosmic law and order.

Vishnu - Hindu - God of preservation.

Vulcan - Roman - see Hephaestus

Yama - Hindu - God of the dead, pathfinder, judge, and ruler of souls.

Zues - Greek - Sky father, King of the gods, lord of all high things.
