--Notes on ordinary dreams--

of Dreaming' [cc9] it is said that the number of scouts
in ordinary dreams are much greater than in controlled dreaming, and thus
the incongruities in these kind of dreams are much higher. It is said that
this may be because of the greater mental barriers of the non practitioner
towards the unknown. When the barriers becomes weaker, the number of scouts
decrease accordingly, and are much easier to spot.
It also says [ch9 cc9]
that ordinary dreams are not 'energy-generating'. The things dreamed about
are only phantom projections, which does not have any reality outside the
particular dream. It is said that all real things are energy-generating,
and that non energy-generating things are not real. Energy-generating things/places
found in a dream are thus real.
