    Cancellations will be honored if received by FSC before January 7, 2004. Requests for refunds must be sent in writing to Florida Short Courses, and postmarked by the applicable pre-registration deadline. The amount refunded will be the total amount received minus a $50 Cancellation Fee. After the pre-registration deadline, course fees may be applied to the next course offering, if desired, and upon payment of a change of course fee of $15.
    NO REFUNDS
    will be given after the pre-registration deadline.
