yep, this IS the Big Tamale... GWX is here! I need help from EVERYONE I will post thing to be taken care of as they come in.
1) Contact Countess Rhiannon to help with the Royalty Dinner on Thursday evening at: OrDragon@aol.com I need help decorating the Hall, and setting up tablecloths, dishes, silverware, decorations, Gift tables, etc, and she will need help ferrying food, and serving. Plan to wear your household tabards. Email her and offer her help.
2) Need barkeeps and punch mixers for the Known World Party Sat. evening. As you know, we are responsible for the Liquor/Liquer/Wine/Mead part, and for homebrews. Trimaris has the Beer part, and Ansteorra has the Food part. We will have to kinda oversee it ALL...Plan to work Security-style party keeping...not really security, but watching over the party to make sure everything goes smoothly. Let's show the world how the Legion throws a party!!!
