History
Born in the year 2958 to Barry Allen (Flash II) and Iris Allen. Twin brother of Dawn, both born with some of the speed of Barry. Not much is known about them, only that Don, with his sister Dawn, grows up to become The Tornado Twins. Don marries Meloni Thawne, daughter of Earthgov President Thawne. They have a son, Bart Allen. Don and Dawn die protecting the Earth from the Dominators, who where under the guidance of President Thwane, who later kidnaps Impulse to study him and use him.
