Contest

You may have noticed that I'm looking for people to make original Inuyasha sprites to add to my adoption site... So, as incentive, I've decided to make a contest of it. ^_~

Rules:

Please look over all the contest instructions carefully...

1. You may only use sprites from this site (or the GBA game) as bases; if you want
to draw your own original sprite, it can measure no larger than 64 by 64 pixels.

2. I'd prefer entries in to be in .gif format; transparent, if possible.

3. Don't use parts from other people's entries in your sprite, or any Custom Sprites
as your base. (Using different parts from the original game sprites is fine, though.)

4. The entry must be Inuyasha-related.

You may, however, enter as many times as you like (to be honest, I don't expect many entries... ^_^;)

Be creative! Don't send me something already available on this site, like Miroku in his monk's robes... Or, say, colour the Inuyasha sprite's eyes red and say he's demonic.
-_-; If you want to use a character already available, be original; for example, put Miroku and Sango in modern clothes, like in one of the later episodes.

Some suggestions for entries:
Princess Abi
Kohaku (with or without armour)
Sango in her kimono (just because I made one, doesn't mean you can't! ^_~)

You can also check the Questions section for a list of characters without sprites, under "Avatars Only".

Prizes:

I will be awarding 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, in the form of an award for your website; I may also award Honourable Mentions for any other noteworthy sprites. ^_^

(Please note: To be fair, I will award only one major award to a person, despite the number of sprites they have entered.)

Deadline:

There is no deadline set for this contest as of yet (at least, not until I get enough entries... ^_^;)

To enter this contest, send an e-mail to Avi (aviatrix8 at yahoo.com), with the subject line: "Inuyasha Sprites: Contest", along with your customized sprite(s) attached. Please also include:

Your name
E-mail address
Webpage URL
Description of your sprite(s)

Oh, and also indicate if you wouldn't mind putting your sprites up for adoption on this site (you never know!). When the contest is over, the entries will end up in the Custom Sprites section of this site, and will be credited accordingly. ^_^
