All persons included on this form and any other submitted with it, will be allocated accommodation in the same room if possible, depending on availability at the time of booking. If you want to share accommodation with any other participants (up to 8 per room in the largest room), please advise when you book. This applies to Option 1, accommodation onsite. Please note that if choosing Option 2, offsite accommodation, arrangements for your accommodation are your responsibility. AWC organisers will provide contact details for campsites in the vicinity of the venue upon receipt of deposit. Cabin and caravan sites are usually available at this time of year, and camping is recommended only for those experienced in camping in sub-zero temperatures.

Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish your booking to be confirmed by mail, otherwise confirmation will be sent by email only. A receipt will be issued upon full payment.

Our policy on cancellation charges is that fees, less a $7.50 charge for administration, will be refunded in full when the cancelled booking is let to another person. Only if the cancelled booking cannot be re-let will the following refund schedule apply:

Cancelled before 20th May 2003  40% refund
Cancelled before 20th June 2003  30% refund
Cancelled before 20th July 2003 20% refund
Cancelled before 20th August 2003 10% refund

WORKSHOPS and STALLS:

If you are interested in either presenting a workshop, or operating a stall during the Sunday morning market, please give details below. The organisers will advise as to further arrangements upon receipt of full payment.
