Hiya.. I'm Vincent, from Melaka, Malaysia.
The picture above was taken during my visit to NASA
Johnson Space Centre in Houston last year. It was an awesome
experience. The trip was actually sponsored by Schlumberger to enable students from
various universities in Europe be exposed to the activities on-going in the company and
upon return, to promote Schlumberger to potential candidates from UMIST.
I am studying EEE (Electrical Engineering and Electronics) in
UMIST, Manchester, UK and currently in my final year. I've just completed my
final year project entitled Obstacle Detection using Feature Based Optic Flow. If

Melaka
is known as the Historic City State of Malaysia. This is where Malaysia's history
began. A trip to Malaysia should definitely include Melaka. See the
magnificient St. Paul's, St. Peter's and St. Francis Xavier's churches, A' Famosa, the
famous Hang Tuah mausoleum and many more! Food is cheap and the beaches are
fabulous.
