| Dear Letters Editor: ONDCP requested on December 30, and U.S. Customs issued a memorandum on January 5, suspending the guidelines of December 7 that terminated border seizures of Industrial Hemp products and allowed importation to continue. As of today, Customs is ordered to seize all incoming Industrial Hemp products that contain ANY amount of THC, no matter how miniscule. ... Gotta protect clothing smokers from themselves, keep birds from migrating to cocaine, keep marginal farmland out of production, and most importantly, keep those who profit from drug prohibition in business.
