En'Tlilpan's Weyr

This guy was an abandoned Mystery Egg not too long ago, waiting around n the Dragon Weyr Lobby for hatching. None of the psychics could tell what he would be! He turned out to be a beautiful dragon. He was named En'Tlilpan after the sacred black lake called the Tlilpan in the book Dark Water's Embrace, by one of Azrielen's favorite authors Steven Leigh. If you love Sci-Fi with a message, check out the books and Mr. Leigh's Page. This little guy is an arsonist in the making! He loves fire and even got the engineers here to carve him a fireplace which he burns all the time. He loves the warmth. Even if the fireplace is not going, he's always spurting flames somewhere. Lately he's learned some tricks, like fire rings (like smoke rings) and making sparks in his mouth. He amuses the hatchlings all the time with his odd games and tricks. He's even passed his ability to other dragons who we never even knew could brethe flames! At the rate he's going, we're going to have to up our insurance any day now! |
