Unith's Weyr

The lovely green dragon you see here is Unith, one of New Beginning's newest adoptees. We have very few green dragon living here, probably because they are usually impressed the fastest and Azrielen has a tendency to be late for hatchings sometimes! But she can't help it, she's a very busy woman - that's why she has so many helpers! But the good Unith will find all the love and protection she needs from Azrielen, the Dragons in the other weyrs, and her three Firelizard buddies. To the left, guarding volnerable little Unith like hawks, are three little Flits that Azrielen adopted at the same time that she impressed Unith so that they could guard her. The gold Queen Flit at the top is Oracleth. She's a little bossy, snapping and screeching whenever one of the other two allows Unith to wander off or when she catches them snoozing on the job. The Bronze is Meihoth, a laid-back Flit that loves, but has learned to tune ouut his gold mate. Blue Yth is a sweet Firelizard, but lonely. He lives and works with Oracleth and Meihoth, but is a little jealous of their love. Hopeful Azrielen can find him a mate as well one day! The other two on the right are Brown Arath and Green Keenyith, two other lizards that just arrived, a mated pair since birth! But until then they will continue to look after little Unith and do a great job keeping her and the rest of the weyrs on their toes! |

 Here is Unith as a little hatchling! She was such a hastle for her little companions - she constantly distracted them and then wandered off! But it was so funny! *L* |
