District VI has one crisis shelter for children-covering Cochise, Santa Cruz, Graham and Greenlee counties Families are needed for abused, neglected or abandoned children ages birth-18 If you are: a responsible adult, 21 or older single or married Family Based Crisis Care is short term care overnight up to 3 months, sometimes more Children need homes that are safe and loving You can get free training and 24 hour crisis support committed to helping children reach their greatest potential Thereapeutic Long Term Care is care that lasts 3 months or more and Devereux Arizona is a non-profit organization devoted to placing children in safe homes and recruiting responsible families You can also receive tax free reimbursements for caring for a child in need of a home interested in self-growth and and fulfillment and have your own income You can be a Foster Parent!
