proper diet is the key to success no matter what your goals are. I discuss diet in detail with you, making sure you know what you need to be eating to achieve your results.

M most of the time existing injuries can be helped, even cured completely with the right workout routine.

many times weak areas cause pain and discomfort, sometimes for years. Usually this can be corrected with strength training.

most people want to tone and firm. Fortunately this isn't too hard to achieve. With a good diet and proper weight lifting techniques, every one can be in great shape.

M men usually want to gain some muscle. Strength training takes a lot of work and plenty of diet and supplement planning. We use a mixture of free weights, machines and dumbbells.

No matter if your sport is: baseball, basketball, football, hockey, golf, running, boxing, martial arts, racquetball, tennis or wrestling, strength training and a good diet are necessary for optimum performance. The benefits of weight training work for everyone, no matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced.

The advantage to having a personal trainer is that the trainer can guide the client through the exercises making sure the client is doing everything correctly. The trainer keeps a log of all the exercises performed by the client. Staying on schedule with workouts and diet. Giving the client tips on cardiovascular activity and diet. Pricing

Competitive rates-these days most trainers and gyms are charging $75-125 per session. I usually charge between $50-85 per session, depending on how far I travel, and how many sessions are purchased. Train at your home if you have equipment or your apartment complex gym.

Group training available
As long as the facility permits, I can train small groups of people at the same time. The largest group being 4 people. Groups are beneficial because it costs less for each person and there is more motivation among the clients.
